You said that abnormal bone formation anywhere on the bone except at articular surfaces is entered on the "Abnormal bone fromation" data entry screen. Ok, then abnormal bone "enthesophyte" on the greater and lesser trochanter, trochantric fossa, linea aspera in the femur, enthesophyte at tibial tuberosity, soleal line in the tibia, illiac crest, ischial crest and tuberosity, ischial spine, obturator foramen in innominate, spinator crest of the ulna, radial tuberosity will be scored in the abnormal bone formation data entry screen. But if these enthesophytes reaches 2mm height (indicationg a pathological condition), the enthesophyte check box in the abnormal bone formation data entry screen will be checked.
